unknown make and model appear to be steel base not cast iron, has a removable upper plate to mount device plate on,  has holes drilled in to plate for mounting i have several of these available and this one pictured has 2 holes drilled some may have 2 or 4 priced to sell heavy steel base the whole thing weighs about 6 pounds, stand base will be removed for shipping 11.5 inches high overall and stand adjustment is 10 inches tall from base, base is 5.5" X 3.5"
