Vintage Glass Round Butter Dish with Dome Lid

Description

Unknown maker.  The item is about 4" tall.  The lid by itself is about 3" tall and about 4".  The butter dish is about 1 1/2" tall with a width of about 5 1/4".  There are no chips, cracks or scratches.
At one point, I believe I had information on the maker and the only thing I can remember is that it was maybe a Canadian glassmaker.
